1These terms

These terms govern your use of eurekamoment.co (the “site”). They do not govern any project we do for you — that's covered by a separate written engagement agreement, which takes precedence over anything here if the two conflict.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2What this site is

Marketing and informational material about Eureka's services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a warranty, or professional advice. Case descriptions, performance figures, and benchmark numbers are illustrative of past work; they are not a prediction of what your project will achieve.

3Enquiries

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation, nothing more. It creates no contract, no engagement, and no obligation on either side. We may decline to respond, and we may decline to take on work, for any lawful reason.

Don't send us confidential information through the form. Anything you do send through it is not treated as confidential and creates no non-disclosure obligation. Once we're in a real conversation, we'll put an NDA in place — and then it will be.

4Intellectual property

The site, its copy, its design, and the Eureka name and marks belong to us. You may read it, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, mirror it, resell it, or use it to train a model without our written permission.

Third-party names and marks on the site — including client and institution names — belong to their respective owners and appear with permission or as factual reference. Their presence is not an endorsement of these terms.

5Acceptable use

Don't attack the site, don't try to break into it, don't scrape it at volume, don't submit false or spam enquiries, and don't use it to do anything unlawful. We rate-limit the form and we block abuse.

6Availability

We try to keep the site up. We don't promise it will be. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

7Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including lost profits, lost business, or indirect and consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at ‹₹10,000›.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8Third-party links

We link to other sites occasionally. We don't control them and we're not responsible for what's on them.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

10Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time you use it is the version that applies.
